We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with 10% or less of oil consumption and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you must package and send the product back to our location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping and handling.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 1 day of receiving the product- or same day if purchased in-store) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages include manufacturing defects associated with your diffuser. We do not cover damages caused by customer negligence or cosmetic defects. Customer negligence includes: if the diffuser was turned over and oil entered the engine, if the diffuser fell and cracked not as a result of shipping and handling, if the diffuser was not properly installed according to instructions, or if the diffuser was not given proper maintenance.

If your diffuser presents a manufacturing defect and we confirm that it is internally defective, we will provide you with a one-time exchange for the same model. The new model will be tested to ensure that it is not defective (as are all our diffusers). Refunds are no longer an option once you have been given a new diffuser in exchange for the defective one. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Diffuser Warranty
Our AIR-HERO diffusers have a 1-year warranty from the day of purchase. The warranty includes fixtures, replacement pieces, and exchanges if manufacturing defects are present within the first 30-days of purchase. If the diffuser is within its 1-year warranty period and presents an issue, we will inspect it and determine the cause. If our production team determines that the diffuser's issue is not related to its manufacturing, but rather to customer negligence, including cosmetic defects, then we cannot provide a full refund. However, we do try to work with our customers to come up with a solution and do our best to help you with the issue at hand.

  • Remember, it's your responsibility to pack the product safely when preparing your return.
