Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same or next business day when received before 12:00 p.m. EST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.

All of our diffusers are tested before shipped. We offer a 30-day refund or exchange for a new model if diffuser shows any factory defects.
